Return & Exchange

At Strodaze, we want you to love your purchase.

If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility:

    Products must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, unused, with original packaging and tags attached, along with proof of purchase.

  • Process:

    Before sending anything back, contact us at strodaze@gmail.com to start the return process. Approved returns will receive a shipping label and instructions.

  • Damages & Issues:

    Inspect your order upon arrival. If items are incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

  • Exchanges:

    Requests can be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must remain in original condition with tags attached.

  • Exceptions:

    Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

  • Refunds:

    Once a return is inspected and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
